First session
In our first session, I will inquire about your presenting problem. This will provide me with insight on best practices to assist you with overcoming challenges and reaching your goals.
Strengths
I've learned how to assist adults with gaining insight into how their thoughts and behaviors developed. This allows for developing a treatment plan specifically designed for the client.
Ideal clients
I love working with adults that are facing life challenges but are willing to work hard to overcome. They find it hard to ask for help, but refuse to give up. These clients come to therapy, are ready to look at themselves, and gain coping skills to change their thoughts and behaviors.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients with identifying their negative thinking, how it impacts their behavior, and how to utilize coping skills to develop healthy thinking patterns.
