hey everyone, this is my first ever GitHub post ever. Hello!
So far the 5k2k display is visually stunning, and operating my video editing on this display has been wonderful.
The biggest problem has been the decrease in refresh rate - 30Hz is largely unusable on this screen.
My current set up:
Alogic 5k2k Display
-> UGREEN 8k KVM -> Windows Gaming PC
-> UGREEN 8k KVM -> 4k60 UGREEN DP 1.4 USBC Hub -> Mac M2 Max
The Windows Gaming PC has handled full 5k2k resolution and immediately updated to 100Hz with no hassle, I didn't even have to touch anything. The Mac on the other hand...
No 60Hz or 100Hz option visible

At this time, I am running BetterDisplay to operate a custom native resolution of 5120x2160, and updated the default resolution to 5120x2160 @ 60Hz.

I tried to run a custom EDID using this absolutely wonderful post here:
I ran their steps in order with the AW EDID Editor, but utilized my own EDID from my Alogic 5k2k display, alongside this Video Timings Calculator (https://tomverbeure.github.io/video_timings_calculator?horiz_pixels=5120&vert_pixels=2160&refresh_rate=60&margins=false&interlaced=false&bpc=8&color_fmt=rgb444&video_opt=false&custom_hblank=80&custom_vblank=6_) running the "5K60" Predefined Mode to input my own values into the Detailed Timing Type 1 section:

All of this produced no change to refresh rate. Does anyone have any suggestions for forcing 100Hz through here? or even 60Hz please?
