"Restore purchases" button: show notification if nothing to restore #2990

Problem Description

License Status -> 3-dot menu - Restore purchases button doesn't show any notification in case there is nothing to restore

Proposed Solution

Action should end with suitable notification or a toast with information about the ​restored license: status, due date, etc.
