Stealth Mode / Extensions settings are inconsistent #2854

There is a line under "Stealth Mode" module description which is not present on other settings screen. We should either remove it or add it to other screens.

1. Need delete divider from Stealth Mode;
2. Extensions' Description should be enabled always.
