Steps to reproduce

1. Use MIUI Version: MIUI Global 10.2 - Stable [10.2.1.0 (MHOMIXM)]
2. Launch AdGuard
3. Update to (3.0.349) Nightly
4. Check Settings > Network

Expected behavior

Enable filtering should be available.
