Bet On It: Case Of The Crooked Gambling Ring Will Feature A Mob Turncoat

Gang Land Exclusive!Seth TrustmanA veteran mob associate with a history of running illegal but honest card games will be a key prosecution witness at the upcoming trial of three wiseguys charged with running rigged card games as part of a five-year wire fraud scheme that fleeced high rolling gamblers out of more than $14 million, Gang Land has learned.

Sources say he is Seth Trustman, a 44-year-old ex-con with two convictions for gambling and loansharking activity with the Luchese crime family. He agreed to cooperate in the FBI's "rigged games" investigation two years ago when arrested on charges unrelated to the 31-defendant wire fraud case.

The sources say Trustman will take the stand against the three remaining mobsters in the blockbuster case — Bonanno consigliere Ernest Aiello, Genovese soldier Matthew (The Wrestler) Daddino and Gambino soldier Lee Fama — and five other defendants, including former NBA All-Star point guard Chauncey (Mr. Big Shot) Billups
