Everquest Legends

According to its developer, EverQuest Legends is billed as a “fan-driven collaboration designed to give players a new way to experience classic EverQuest.” The idea is that it lets you revisit the original EverQuest with quality-of-life and visual improvements, and select up to three classes at once, which is a big change from the original experience. You can also play it solo, if you desire. You do still have to play online, though. It is the MMORPG that popularized the genre, after all. – Kyle Hilliard
