I feel so conflicted
I promised my friend that I'd go to the jazz festival with her today, but I'm on my period and I want nothing more than to curl up on my bed with a pillow jammed under my stomach and read the trashy spy novel I started on yesterday. I don't want to go out in the fresh and crisp autumn air and face the masses. I especially don't want to hang out in a crowd of people come this evening. But I promised, and I can't back out now. :(
I liked it. It was an action-packed, lighthearted, Sheppard-centric episode; my favourite kind. The space babe was actually pretty cool and a vast improvement from the the other babes of the week on this show. Most of all, I liked John. He was really in his element, acting like a petulant 10-year-old, making his enemies underestimate him, and then proving to be scarily competent.
This admission might out me as someone who is seriously sick in the head, but I thought he looked really hot on his knees, blood trickling down his temple.

Am I alone in this?

His annoyed sprawl of dickishness was a thing of beauty. Man, he knows how to be annoying when he wants to be. :D
*sigh* Off to the city it is.
