Internet Accounts, adding Outlook Dot Com

Where I am
I cannot log into my 'Internet Account' Outlook Dot Com (works fine via a browser). Instant error, "Authentication Failed, please try again later". This is on a brand new Mac Mini M4, with Sequoia 15.7.1.

I've been on the phone with Apple support for the last hour or so, and their solution is to upgrade to Tahoe, and then try to add my Outlook Dot Com email address. Priceless...!

Even with a clean install of the OS, it fails with the same message.
Anyone here using Outlook Dot Com, and have ever experienced this?
