Meet Our leadership Team.
Our expert team is responsible for the best youth fitness training experience in Saudi Arabia. Our professioanlly trained team has developed a winning formula to help our young athletes to develop a strong body and mind in a safe and fun environment. Get the edge in sport by developing advanced speed and agility, build amazing levels of fitness or focus on progressive parkour and freerunning. Each level of the program is made up of multiple skills that fit in the three tier award system. Each week our coaching team plan the FLITE path and set clear goals to continually progress our young athletes. Simply put; we make sure the right skills are acquired in the right order to accelerate mental & physical performance.
