		So we were removing images like [[:File:V Knights.PNG]] and replacing them with stuff using Template:Multiple image, new thing which basically lets us treat more than one image like one. I did this on Drake's walkthrough (with his permission), mind if I do it on yours?

		I have to say, that's quite a bit of work you're doing with the FFXII Armor article, and it looks a LOT better than before for sure. There's no way to put the images back into the table like before though (or were they there before?? If not, probably should be so that they fit the format of all the other pages that does that). Probably going to have to update a loooot of equipment articles with the new information you're adding too. But keep it up! XII definitely needed an update in those departments, that's for sure, so that it was up-to-speed with all the other articles like it. I know how time consuming it can be to do those too, since I redid the FFX Enemy Abilities article with the data it has. x_x;

		There's room on the right for images, I'm sure. The problem is that it seems we only have the images for the shields, nothing else, at least not in armor. Also I can keep up this one table a day work easily. It only takes a couple of hours.

		Hmm...we normally have the images underneath the names of the equipment in question IIRC (though that's not always the case, such as in FFIV and V, but in others like VII and IX I think is like that. I don't know, maybe we should discuss what to do with the handling of images on tables and the like?

If it were me, images under name with shield, no with armour. Like weapons, but shields are visible while other armour isn't.

		I agree with that (as for VII, if you think the artwork should be in the table instead of the model, can flip that if you so desire). Though, how to handle the other games with multiple images like say...FFIV and V? Think both images should just go in the Name column in that case and remove the Image column (would open up more space that way too in the table, and the sprites aren't that big either)?

		Nope, doesn't look like I'll be able to do it. Basically, I'm going on holiday today, a few hours from writing this, and I thought I was leaving tomorrow bu it turns out I'm not, and I was told at the last minute...anyway, to do the next one: You have the part 10 and part 10 unedited ones, right? The one with commentary and one without? If not, you just download them from our YouTube, unlisted. Some give you the option to download the mp4 when you access it from there, others don't, for those just use mp3avi.com or something. Put them in a video editor, unlink audio so their audio file and video file is separate. Make them sync up at the start. So the audio syncs with the video, often immediately after my countdown ends. Make sure the rest syncs up too, there was that one bit where the stream was messed up because some people paused and Drake didn't. Add funny captions to it and upload as 4 separate parts, I normally upload all 4 separate ones in one go. And that's it. Sorry to shove the load on you, I'll try to make it next time, I just didn't know this stuff would come up and I wouldn't be able to do it :/ video uploading and processing takes ages, so I'd only be able to upload part 10.1 at best...

Twitch at PAX East

Hey man :) As a part of my duties at w:c:live, I have to turn on and off the various Twitch feeds that are happening this weekend. This, of course, involves watching them, as well. I just wanted to say thank you for doing such a great job in the Witcher event that just happened. You were a fabulous ambassador for Wikia. The Next Let's Play

Hello Blue. Huge fan of Final Fantasy and this wiki and congratulations on this wiki making it through ten years. It's amazing.. Excellent work on what all of you have been doing and I love the Let's Play videos/walkthroughs(ish) that you all are working together to create.

I have a general question about the next Let's Play game, if there is one. Since the LP for FF VII has ended, I was wondering if there was any more LPs in mind from you or the other admins? I hope all of you continue as they are enjoyable as they are informative.

Needing admin's help

Hey, hello! I started uploading some Mobius FF ability card images, but then I was instructed to upload them in PNG a not use a star symbol (★) in the file's name. There's still a lot to upload, and the images aren't being used in any page besides my Sandbox, so I've been wondering if any admin could delete all the ones I've already uploaded so I can re-upload them following the instructions given to me. Hope you can help me with this.

Yeah, I can delete the old files. I'm going to delete every file on that page. I was going to suggest that I just rename them, but they need to be a different format, so delete is the only option. Could be that Op Center 36 has no chests. Could be I made a mistake. I have no idea, it was six months ago and I purged all my FFXII Chest knowledge to make room of my new job running insurances to see if patients are In Network. Soon enough all my Final Fantasy knowledge will disappear as I transform into a proper gray office drone. FFIX Walkthrough

Hello Blue, I was cleaning some old files from my computer and I found a saved complete version of your FFIX Walkthrough (I probalby downloaded it so I could play and read as a file in my phone). I know you deleted it (and reading through it I can imagine why you did that), but I just thought I it was nice to let you know I have it if some day you would want to rework on it. Final Fantasy 1 walkthrough

Adonzo broke all the images in your FF1 walkthrough a couple of months ago by moving the images without leaving a redirect. You'll probably want to fix that. I haven't checked, but you probably need to update the image links on all of your walkthroughs. Digifiend (talk) 16:41, 31 October 2024 (UTC)
