PSICOM Reaver is an enemy in Final Fantasy XIII.

Battle
PSICOM Reaver attacks up to twice with his spear, dealing 132-135 damage. He may use Manadrive Dispel to remove a party member's most recent status enhancement, or use Manadrive Deprotect or Manadrive Deshell which have a 40% chance to inflict said status for 60 seconds; all three deal 36-40 damage. He can start charging his manadrive for several seconds before casting Ruin (122-135 damage) twice then Ruinga (270-297 damage and can launch its victims).
Starting in Decimation (COM/RAV/SYN) paradigm lets the party deal damage and bestow status enhancements which PSICOM Reaver will spend time dispelling instead of dealing damage. He should be staggered with Tri-disaster (RAV/RAV/RAV), then dispatched with Relentless Assault (COM/RAV/RAV) when his chain gauge is above 500%.
Deprotect should be removed with Esuna or Protect if there are other enemies present in the battle. Deshell is only a threat if PSICOM Reaver is charging his manadrive.

Reaver is an archaic term referring to someone or something that "robs, plunders, or steals".
