PSICOM Raider attacks two or three times with his knife, dealing 51-57 damage.
When below 90% HP, he can attack with Sap, which deals 147-153 damage, and use either Manadrive Fog or Pain (but not both) which deal 25-28 damage and can inflict (20% for 60 seconds) Fog or Pain, respectively. He may use Guard after being attacked, reducing the damage he takes by 90% for the duration. Guard cannot be used when staggered or twice in a row.
PSICOM Raider is easily dealt with, but his status ailments can make him a nuisance.
