Fire is an element in Final Fantasy Tactics. It is especially effective against skeletons, ghosts, treants, and reavers, but ineffective against bombs, automatons, and red dragons. Fire damage is dampened in rain, making it 25% less effective, but fire damage can be doubled with Oil (in versions where Oil status is not bugged) and made 25% stronger with equipment that improves fire damage.
