Fira Blade (ファイラ剣, Faira Ken?), also known as Fira Sword or simply Fira or Fire2, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is generally a mid-powered Fire-elemental Spellblade ability, either giving the user the element as long as they do not use another Spellblade ability or outright dealing damage. It generally requires the Fira spell to use it.

Fira is a level 3 Spellblade ability that costs 5 MP to cast. When used against an enemy that is weak to fire-elemental attacks, the power of the user's attack is tripled and pierces the target's defenses.
Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-
Fira Blade is a rank 3 command materia that costs 16 MP or AP, depending on the version, to use. It can be stolen from Crescent Unit Primus. It deals moderate physical fire damage to a target.
Final Fantasy IX
Fira Sword is a Sword Magic ability for Steiner while Vivi is in the party and knows Fira. It costs 12 MP to cast and increases Steiner's attack by 10 and makes it Fire-elemental.
For Swd Mag, damage dealt is based on Steiner's Attack and Strength stat, as well as on the power of the spell.
