Farfarello, also known as Jestrex, is an enemy in Final Fantasy V, found in the forest area of the final dungeon. It depends on Black Magic, such as Drain and Osmose, to absorb the HP and MP of party members, and has two Blue Magic spells at its disposal.
The player may attempt to obtain a Lilith Rod as a rare steal. It is susceptible to Level 3 Flare, Level 2 Old, and Level 4 Graviga.

Etymology
Farfarello was one of the Malebranche, one of twelve demons within the eighth circle of Hell in Dante's Inferno. His name roughly translates into "Gobgoblin."
