Sandy Justine aka. Sanj is a longtime media fan. Her first fandom was The Sentinel; in the late 1990s she maintained a recs page which offered a curated introduction to Sentinel fiction.[1] Her current primary fandom is Supernatural. She co-founder of the FCA-L, and wrote several essays for the Fanfic Symposium.
Notable Fanworks
- If You're Breathing, a Harry/Neville (Harry Potter) story written for Yuletide back when rare pairings in popular fandoms were part of the challenge. "Oh. Oh. Just absolutely heartbreakingly perfect Harry/Neville post-OotP. The DA is still around, and Harry's trying to make a point. "If you're breathing, keep fighting" is Harry's rule, and Neville never gives up, even though he doubts himself. Wonderful characterization, well-written action sequence, and so sweetly achy at the end. It doesn't matter which of them has been marked by Voldemort, they're in it together now." [2]
- Sacred Space, a Jim/Blair (Sentinel) story in which Blair muses about sex and protection and the need for ritual.
- Writing on the Wall, a Jim/Blair (Sentinel) story
- Metaphor
