Cole/Seliel, known mostly as Coliel, is a common ship in the Ninjago fandom. It pairs Cole, the Master of Earth and the 'Black Ninja,' and and Seliel, the the 'Phantom Ninja.'Cole/Seliel is the most popular ship in the fandom to originate from one of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu's tie-in comics and it has been shipped ever since Seliel's introduction in 2014 with Who is the Phantom Ninja?
Until Vania's introduction in 2020, which created the commonly shipped Cole/Vania, Cole/Seliel was seen as Cole's default F/M pairing. Although Cole/Nya is Cole's most popular F/M ship overall, it's unpopular in circles that don't want to break up the canonical Jay/Nya. Fanworks which pair all of the ninja together in F/M ships pre-2020 usually feature Cole/Seliel, Kai/Skylor, Jay/Nya, Harumi/Lloyd and P.I.X.A.L./Zane.
