Adasoft

I spent my birthday week in one of the ways I enjoy the most: bringing months of work to life✨ This edition of Advanced Factories 2026 was much more than just a trade show. It was the result of weeks of preparation, ideas, coordination, and effort that finally came together during the stand setup and throughout three intense days full of meetings, conversations, learnings, and new opportunities. But above all, it was an experience shared with colleagues from our different offices 🙌🏼 working side by side, sharing stories, dinners, laughs, and those small moments that make all the hard work truly worth it. I’m leaving this experience once again with positive results, but also with the motivation that comes from being surrounded by committed and genuinely great people. 💛 Grateful to everyone who was part of these days. 🫰🏼

Yesterday, my colleague Bibiana Moscariello and I had the chance to attend ADVANCED FACTORIES, representing Adasoft’s Talent team. It was a really nice experience, especially because we got to take part in the Next Gen initiative, which was launched for the first time this year. The format was a speed dating with candidates, and it gave us the opportunity to meet some very promising people, hear about their interests and share a bit of what we do at Adasoft. A big thank you to the organization for creating this space and for bringing companies and young talent closer together. Thank you as well to everyone who came to meet us, applied, and took the time to introduce themselves and share their motivation to work with us. It was a pleasure getting to know you. And of course, thank you to the amazing Adasoft team, who put so much care into every detail and made everything feel easy. We left with great conversations, good energy and a clear reminder of our motto: Because people empower factories. Next year, more and better. 🚀

Hoy he visto por primera vez la experiencia VR que diseñamos hace meses. Se estrenó en una feria de Chicago, pero hasta hoy, en el Advanced Factories de Barcelona, no había podido verla en persona. Lo mejor fue ver las caras de alegría de las personas al quitarse las gafas, escuchar cosas como "qué experiencia más guapa" o "cuéntame más de esto". Ese momento donde algo complejo se vuelve simple e intuitivo. Eso no lo ves cuando lo diseñas. Solo pasa cuando personas reales lo prueban. Es lo que más me gusta de diseñar productos, ver el impacto real.
