I am America's Next Great Artist

So with all these "I am America's next",....model, idol, fashion designer, hairstylist and so forth. Finally there is one that is true to my soul, on bravo, Sarah Jessica Parker's Work of Art, America's Next Great Artist, except its missing one thing,.. me! I found out about the casting to this about a week after they were done, Doh! Well anyhow, I decided the hell if that is going to stop me. I am going to compete anyway, since my art is done mainly for myself anyhow, what will it matter that I am going to be doing the show from home. The pros is that I cannot be eliminated, unless I don't finish my challenge, and I think this will be a good challenge for my skills and mind. I will also get some art to come out that is outside of my box and realm of thinking and that is nothing but good most of the time. At the very least its going to make a fun project, and with the week long timeline I will be motivated to follow this through. I will document my progress here, because its easy and I can add pictures of my progress.
I recorded the first episode and have yet been able to watch it, so I am already 2 days behind, but thats ok 5 more days are to come and I have been through times when I have created dozens of pieces in that span of time so I am not concerned. But I will start tomorrow.

So I have to make a few rules for myself.
1: Watch the episode up until they are given the challenge then stop and work on my own
2: Do not watch any extra online footage that might give me an advantage they do not have
3: Keep a written and photo record of my progress online
3: Do not finish the episode until my piece is done, but 1 day before the next one is viewed.


Of course I wont be able to get any feedback, unless I get it here and more people start reading the nonsense I talk about.
