The approach of cyclodextrin
complexation can be used to increase the water solubility and dissolution rate of poorly soluble drugs and to solve bioavailability problems.

Complexation Studies," Marine Chemistry, 173 (2015), 25-39.
Optimum reaction time was established by monitoring the
complexation within time span of 1.5 minutes.
Furthermore, ATR-FTIR measurements showed that the cooperative adsorption behaviour of phosphate and aqueous Fe(II) likely results from a combination of ternary
complexation and electrostatic interactions; surface
complexation modelling studies required the inclusion of ternary complexes to simulate all conditions of the macroscopic data, further suggesting that phosphate and Fe(Il) formed ternary complexes on Gt and Hm surfaces (Hinkle et al.
Since the nature of solvent may strongly influence the
complexation of transition metal complexes in solution, we decided to study the
complexation reaction of a recently synthesized pyrazoloisoindol derivative ligand, 2,3-dimethy[L.sup.-1],2-dihydro-8H-pyrazolo[5,1-a]isoindol-8-one, (Figure 1), with some transition metal ions in acetonitrile solutions.
Studies on the
complexation of actinides by mono-, di-, and hydroxycarboxylic acids also show a rising trend, mainly for two reasons.
However, the resolution on these phases under the same chromatographic conditions was observed to be incomparable with that on the [C.sub.phe] phase, strongly suggesting that there was some form of force other than hydrophobicity or [pi]-[pi]
complexation interaction involved in the chromatographic process.
No
complexation was observed on addition of OKG solution to CH solution at ratio of 1: 9.
The stoichiometry for the inclusion
complexation of CB7 with SY was determined using Job's experiments by fluorescence spectroscopy.
The heavy metals discharged in the water bodies through different sources would finally be enriched in the sediments by adsorption,
complexation, flocculation, and sedimentation [7,8].
Keeping in view the strong
complexation between Fe(III) and AHA, biological significance of AA and AHA, a study of reduction of [Fe(III)-AHA] complex by ascorbic acid (AA) is reported here.
