Matcha
a plexus of mountains in the Pamir-Alai system (Tadzhik SSR), located in the upper course of the Zeravshan River (Matcha River), at the junction of the Turkestan, Zeravshan (framing the Zeravshan River valley from the north and south), and Alai mountain ranges. Elevation, to 5,621 m at the easternmost end of the Turkestan Range. There are large glaciers.
Matcha
the name of the upper course of the Zeravshan River as far as the mouth of the Fandar’ia (Tadzhik SSR).
