Is it correct to mix different measurement units for the same item?
editI see that in the two ends of the range indicated for the FSB speed, the first end is expresed in MHz (MegaHertz i.e. millions of cycles per second) and the second one in GT/s (GigaTransfers per second). The two units are not the same and have not the same meaning. Hz is a unit used for referring to cycles per second, and since in one single cycle there can be more than one transfers (e.g. this is the case for DDR SDRAM memory), I deem this way of expressing figures for the same item could be misleading. GA concerns
editI am concerned that this article no longer meets the GA criteria. Some of my concerns are outlined below:
- There are lots of uncited statements throughout the article.
- The "Timeline" section is a duplication of the "History" section: these two sections should be merged.
