Disneyland Part 3

Woody in person. The best thing to do in life is get to Disneyland and meet my idol. I have been fortunate. He was here for only half an hour, and I happened to be in Toy Story land at this particular time.

Good morning, all my wonderful friends here. This is the third part of the whole journey here at Disneyland Hong Kong.

I think the best times to go to Hong Kong are around the cooler months. From November to February till March. June and July are hot months as well as there is typhoon risk.

After meeting Woody, I went to check out the area. There is a ride that is quite popular.

This is the ride.

This ride is known as the RC Racer ride. The racer car is pulled up high, and it comes down, and due to the law of conservation of momentum, it goes back up until it loses all its energy.

The waiting time is around 40 minutes. I went and waited.

We queued for a while and finally after a while, we were near the RC Racer.

I finally got to ride it. I brought a camera and wanted to film something on it, but the person in charge took it away and placed it on the shelf at the side.

So what it was like was when you were going downwards as your at the highest point of the ride, you feel as though your being pressed on the face by some invinsible force. My wife was sitting next to me, she was quite terrified that she closed her eyes the whole time. This ride was around a minute to 3.

After that, we went to explore the other areas. There is a passport to buy too. We went to buy it later on. In the next post, I will write more about this passport. So , with this passport, you had to go around Disneyland to find these hidden stamping areas where you stamped this passport and if you get all of the stamps, you can redeem a gold coin. It was nerve wrecking at the last hour before the fireworks, as I still had around five stamps left. I was rushing.

I also went to Adventureland. This area is popular. Really popular. I was hungry too, so I went to eat at the restaurant here but I ordered the food online from the app.

This is the tommorrowland area. More in the next post. At this point of time, it was already around 2 to 3 p.m. We were hungry and already half day here at Disneyland. So far so good.
