Hey!
I'm excited to have found this community!
I'm looking to start eating more consciously and more 'right' again (also turning vegetarian/maybe in time vegan) so I'll have to watch my protein and vitamin intake.
I don't have any weight problems, well, I'd like to exercise more, but have committed to a daily walk/run/jog and have surprisingly managed to stick to that since January 1st (only 1 day off)! (Adding vitamin D etc.!)
I'm struggling with finding a system to keep up with my daily food & nutrients, vitamins... intake. Can anyone suggest a chart, or a helpful site where I could find more info on that? (I wasn't born organized, so I'd really appreciate any help.)
I'm thinking to include all meals (fruit also) and drinks, and have a page with recommended daily dosages of everything handy, and would need info on how much of anything a food (especially fruit/vegetables) contains (with regard to vitamins, minerals & proteins - I'm cool with eating carbohydrates) so that I could calculate it easily?
I apologize if this has been answered somewhere & will appreciate any pointers.
Thanks!
