Just got a notice in my email.

Kids in the Hall: Brain Candy is coming to dvd finally! yay!

No word yet on what special features will be included. We will have to wait to see.
Pending release date: July 16, 2002

FYI, most player hacks you only have to do once: they set the player to Region 0 so from then on it plays any DVD from anywhere. It would probably be easier to just look up a site that has a list of…

cataloging site?
DVD Profiler. Basic version is free, but the paid version is worth every penny. Runs and keeps it's database locally, but you can also upload it to their site for backup and web access.
