Conclusions

A study was made of the electrical resistivity of sintered TiC-SiC composite materials. Densification of these materials during sintering may be accompanied by an increase in their electrical resistivity. Experimental results are interpreted from the point of view of the theory of overall conduction of heterogeneous materials.
