Clarifications before buying:

  • The drawing process will only start once the complete payment is confirmed.
  • Remember that the prices on the table are a starting point, in case that the drawing requires many details, or if you would like me to add a complex background, this will have an added cost. If this is the case, I will let you know before the confirmation of your order.
  • If you’re going to make an order to recreate, in my style, a real person, make sure that they agree and tell me if there are certain characteristics that you want to highlight (in case they like them) or hide/conceal (in case they make the person insecure or uncomfortable). The comfort of the person being drawn will always be a priority for me in these types of commissions.
  • With the first draft finished, I will ask for your confirmation to work on the final design (it is in this stage that most changes take place). In the middle of the process I will be contacting you in case I need more information (for example about certain details). Once the drawing is finished, only general aspects can be changed, like lightening or darkening colours.
  • The file contains my signature and it is not permitted to erase it, but in the case of PNG images you can move it to your liking (always keeping it near the drawing).
  • Your commission might be shared in my social media, so if you’re using it for something special it would be a good idea to tell me the date in which I can safely share it. That way no surprises will be spoiled with the final drawing or with updates of the process.
  • If I share your commission on social media, the appropriate watermark will be added. And if you want it,  I can tag you in the post.
  • There are no refunds, this is a personalized project that requires many hours of work that cannot be made up for. Please take this into consideration before making your order.
  • Tips are welcome, just make sure to let me know or write it in the description of the transaction so I know it wasn’t a mistake.

How to make an order?

  • If you have any doubts about any detail related to a commission or if you’re already sure to make an order, feel free to send me an e-mail to Kaede.Tamanaky@hotmail.com or a DM via Instagram or Twitter.
  • You must explain what you need in as much detail as possible. If you have reference images, that will make it easier for me to understand your request.
  • We will have a brief conversation to see if it is possible to proceed with your order, the total cost it will have, and the approximate time it will take.
  • In case I confirm your order, I will send you the necessary information to make the total payment of the product.
  • From this point onwards I will start working. I will stay in touch to adjust some details during certain steps of the process.

Product specifications:

  • What you will receive is a digital file in JPEG or PNG format.
  • The approximate size will be 5100 x 6600 pixels.
  • The delivery will be through an attached file via email, besides, you will receive a download link via Google Drive to make sure you receive your drawing in the best quality possible.
