Hey everyone

I was wondering if anyone have the dead tree (kyo-angle) performance from the 05-dvd (disc 3) and could upload that for me? I have the dvd but doesn't get how to copy it.
(Or.. If anyone could tell me how I can copy my dvd to the computor.)
