man, always takes guts to actually hit pause and figure out your next move instead of rushing into something new. you think real growth comes more from stepping back like this, or just grinding forward nonstop?
I think you can grow in either situation, but you have to be deliberate about making sure you're growing and not just sprinting to keep up. My 13yo was in a bad accident a couple of weeks ago, so this was a real moment of reflection for me on what's important and what I want to be doing in my life.
