From the Coding Loop to Cofounder

For most of my career, I’ve been a developer—focused on delivering features, moving through technical tasks and building clean, scalable, and maintainable code. I’ve always taken pride in being a good coder, someone who not only ships but also thinks deeply about architecture, design patterns, and choosing the right technology for each challenge.

But becoming a cofounder changed everything.

Suddenly, writing the best code wasn’t enough. Because what’s the point of building something amazing if no one is using it?

In the early go to market phase, being a cofounder means wearing every hat imaginable. One day you’re doing sales calls, the next you’re designing wireframes, conducting user interviews, or figuring out pricing strategies.

It’s important to understand this dynamic, if you’re not a solo cofounder. The early team needs to be flexible, resourceful, and deeply involved in every part of the journey.

Now, tools like v0, Lovable, and LinkedIn are part of my daily workflow.

This is just my reflection, but I truly believe it’s a journey worth taking.

Community really matters, and I’d love to stay connected. I’ve also created a small portfolio page to share what I’m working on, so if you have feedback, ideas, or just want to chat, I’d really appreciate it!
