what is file sharing
File sharing in the cloud means keeping your documents, pictures, videos, or any other files on the internet instead of on your phone, computer, or flash drive — and then sending a link to someone else so they can see or use those files too
Imagine you put your files in a digital locker online (like Google Drive or Dropbox).
Then, you give your friends or colleagues the key (a link) so they can open that locker and view or download the files — even if they are in a different city or country.
