SeeMoreActivityButton adds a button linking to recent wiki activity and differences in the changes listed in the activity module at the bottom right of the Recent Wiki Activity module.

If you want the old design for personal use: insert the following in your JavaScript page:
window.SeeMoreActivityButtonOld=true;
If you want the old design for sitewide use, insert 1 or true in MediaWiki:Custom-SeeMoreActivityButton-config-old of your wiki.
