AdBlock is a stylesheet that allows to block all ads on Fandom.
Installation
Usage
AdBlock allows you to block:
- Rail ads;
- Ads in the content;
- Ads in the header and footer of pages;
- Featured videos;
- Sponsored content;
- Fandom polls
This stylesheet was previously called AdRailRemove, but was used only the rail's ad, as it was the only one displayed to logged-in users when the code was created.
Indeed, Fandom promises that logged-in users should only see an ad in the right rail, however many users have complained about seeing ads elsewhere, even when they have chosen not to show all ads in their preferences.
AdBlock therefore allows you to block all these ads, as well as the Fandom polls.
Notes
Please note: The types of ads on Fandom are very diverse and change regularly, which means that AdBlock could not block all ads. If you notice persistent ads, please notify Soronos to have them blocked.
