A huge Anne Frank fan!

This summer I read The Diary of Anne Frank for the first time, and I fell in love with it. I think it's amazing that a girl at the age of thirteen could write so well and so maturely. She's so sophisticated and brilliant. Anne Frank is definitely one of my role models and heroes. I also found that I can relate to Anne's diary in many ways. I think that if more teenage girls took the time to read her diary it would help them with their everyday situations. It's almost like a self-help book! Haha! Anne's diary also kick started my interest in the WWII time period. I love the time period between the 1930s and 1950s. I've just recently read The Hiding Place by: Corrie ten Boom. It's a fantastic read. It's about Corrie ten Boom and her family and how they hid Jews during the war. They're also a Christian family. It's excellent and I highly recommend it if you enjoyed The Diary of Anne Frank!
