The ' Coldhearted Snake Key' is now available for a free download via XBox Live. It's basically a snakeskin suit.
So if there are only 9 lockers... then logic would dictate that only 9 costumes can be downloaded. I have yet to beat the game (the helicopter is coming in 5 hours), but the only lockers i've seen are in the security room. Even then... i can't find the snakeskin suit locker, but i found most of the others. are other lockers stashed around the mall? Some of the lockers appear to still be locked.

On another note... for my first time through, i think i totally blew it. the last time Otis called was around the 24 hour mark. its just been radio-silence and a zombie filled mall ever since. Even the convicts have been absent, as well as Adam the Clown. the wonderland rocket ride is still going around full speed in circles, but i cant stop it. dumb game!
