Reign in Hell was an eight-issue miniseries detailing a war in Hell between the demon siblings Lady Blaze and Lord Satanus on one side and Hell's then-current ruler Neron on the other.

Notes
- This miniseries is known to have many internal continuity errors that make its place in mainstream DC Universe canon at best questionable. These elements of questionable continuity include:
- The Creeper being portrayed as having a demonic essence.
- Linda Danvers being portrayed uncharacteristically and as possessing the Earth Born Angel of Fire aspect, which she had lost in Supergirl (Volume 4) #74.
- Doctor Occult here appears without being bonded to Rose Psychic. It is possible that this is a result of some change in his past from the Infinite Crisis.
- It is unclear how Lobo ended up in Hell. Furthermore, Black Alice is shown to take away power from Lobo, despite the fact that his powers are largely genetic, not magical.
- Black Alice loses her powers and becomes an ordinary girl with a broken mind at the end of the miniseries. She would return in Secret Six (Volume 3) #16 with her powers fully restored.
