Hourman Rick Tyler 0007 — The Miraclo drug may be taken by drug users to enhance their strength temporarily.

A Drug User is a character who at one point has been a user, addict, or abuser of drugs in a legal or illegal capacity. The drug may be for physical enjoyment or for enhancements in performance such as Rex Tyler's usage of Miraclo.

Drug Users are not to be confused with someone with a weakness of Drug Addiction, who crave the usage of the drug due to withdrawal symptoms. It should also not to be confused with someone who develops an Illness when using drugs.
