Technical Summary

   This specification defines a mechanism called Token Status List
   (abbreviated TSL), data structures and processing rules for
   representing the status of tokens secured by JSON Object Signing and
   Encryption (JOSE) or CBOR Object Signing and Encryption (COSE), such
   as JWT, SD-JWT VC, CBOR Web Token and ISO mdoc.  It also defines an
   extension point and a registry for future status mechanisms.

Working Group Summary

There has been a good amount of discussion, most of it has been resolved 
(the remainder were deemed to be in the rough).

The document is clearly needed, as this is on of the documents that EUDI Wallet
is referencing and is waiting for this to be published asap.

Document Quality

There are at least 6 implementations.

COSE CDDL has been validated.  Otherwise, there is no Yang, no media types, 
or anything else that requires expert review.

RFCs 1950 and 1951 are referenced, but both are in the Downref Registry.
