The CS198 Program

The CS198 program consists of ~100 undergraduate and a handful of graduate students who are responsible for teaching section, grading coursework, and assisting students in office hours for Stanford's introductory CS courses: CS106A, CS106B, and CS106L. The program gives qualified undergraduate students of all majors a unique opportunity to teach as a part of their Stanford experience. Section leaders cover materials such as the C++ and Python programming languages, functional decomposition, algorithms, recursion, abstract data types, algorithmic analysis, data structure design, and other fundamental elements of modern programming.
