By 2030, Hilton aims to Cut Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions intensity by 75% among our managed portfolio and 56% (Scope 3) among our franchised portfolio while halving our water use and waste intensity. At the same time, Hilton is working to meaningfully impact 20 million community members, contribute 10 million volunteer hours and create 2.5 million learning and career growth opportunities.

Hilton tracks performance through LightStay, Hilton’s sustainability management platform, which measures metrics like carbon emissions, water use, waste reduction, and community impact across Hilton’s more than 9,100 properties.

Hilton has demonstrated consistent leadership through its Travel with Purpose strategy, including:
