Broomfield BrewHaHa

Kick off the summer at Broomfield’s annual BrewHaHa, taking over Arista Park on Saturday, June 13 from noon to 5 p.m. Start your day off mindfully with pre-event outdoor yoga (starts at 10:30 a.m.; BYO mat). Starting at noon, you can grab a cold brew from a lineup of local breweries. Hang out for the afternoon and enjoy your favorite food trucks, live sets from local bands and lawn games. Look for fresh finds and hauls at the Farmer’s Market which returns this year, blended in with other vendors.

2026 Colorado Primary Election

As the Colorado Primary Election approaches on June 30, ballots will begin being mailed out on June 8. Ballots can be picked up from the Elections Office in person starting today, May 18. Voters may only pick up their own ballot and must show a photo ID in order to do so. Remember, Colorado primaries are conducted on a semi-closed basis, meaning that only registered party members and unaffiliated voters may participate in a party's primary. Voters registered with other political parties may not participate. Be sure to check your party affiliation

pictures of artwork installed at bus stops around Broomfield.

Have you noticed new artwork at bus stops around Broomfield? The Arts and History Cultural Council selected Commuter Art as the first-of-three 2026 community-initiated projects.

This project was submitted by Kate Fitzpatrick as part of the 2025 call for community ideas for public art. Kate imagined transforming overlooked places into small moments of beauty: illustrated quotes or thoughtful affirmations that quietly highlight the everyday goodness of life and humanity.

The temporary artwork installations, on display through May 29, are intended to spark small moments of connection, encouragement or clarity for passersby. These pieces add beauty and whimsy to the environment while offering a quiet boost to the spirit, reminding viewers of the simple yet profound qualities that make life and community meaningful.

Visit Broomfield.org/PublicArt to learn more about this project and the Art in Public Places program.
