Israel does not have an official religion. The Israeli Basic Law on Human Dignity and Liberty refers to Israel as a "Jewish and democratic state" (as a nation-state). There is no provision in the Basic Laws of Israel (the unwritten constitution of Israel) declaring Judaism as the official religion of Israel.
