On 29 August 2025, L’Occitane en Provence proudly took part in the seventh edition of the Universités d’Été de l’Économie de Demain (UEED2025), organised by Mouvement Impact France. This inspiring event brought together over 3,000 leaders for discussions around a powerful and inspiring theme: Back to the Future. As a B Corp™ and a family-owned business, L’OCCITANE Group and its heritage brand L’Occitane en Provence have long been committed to making a positive impact. In fact, it’s part of our DNA; in everything we do, we make sure we are investing in our communities and natural resources today, while also protecting the planet as a strategic asset for our business in the long term. This is the only way to create lasting value for generations to come. Notably, UEED2025 featured exciting presentations from two of our leaders: 🌱 Adrien Geiger, CEO of Maison L’Occitane en Provence, spoke about how economic performance and the protection of biodiversity can no longer be seen as opposing goals. The challenge moving forwards is to align investors, companies, policymakers and members of the public on a shared financial model that truly rewards positive impact. 🌍 Florian Croce, Manufacturing and Operational Excellence General Manager of Maison L’Occitane en Provence, recalled the origins of L’Occitane en Provence 50 years ago. Born from the desire to celebrate and protect the richness of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, L’Occitane en Provence now works side by side with local stakeholders, including farmers pioneering new agroecological models, associations and local representatives, to maximise positive impacts for everyone. 🤝 Raphaëlle Archambeaud, Chief Sustainability Officer, also joined these exchanges to reaffirm our commitment to shaping a future where business and biodiversity thrive together. A warm thank you to Mouvement Impact France and its partners for sparking such meaningful conversations – and for reminding us that the economy of tomorrow will only thrive if we break out of silos. In the long term, we are hopeful that investing in biodiversity will be a source of business resilience and that value for all stakeholders will be grounded in collaborating with and empowering local communities. #LOCCITANEGroup #UEED2025 #Innovation

In high temperatures and busy summer days, hand and body care deserve just as much attention as any seasonal ritual. This chapter of Summer in Haute-Provence shines a light on some of Maison L’Occitane en Provence’s most iconic products - designed to hydrate, protect and care, even in the hottest climates. Every three seconds, someone reaches for one of L’Occitane en Provence’s iconic hand creams. At the heart of this chapter is a significant ingredient: Shea butter. A rich, nourishing extract harvested from shea trees native to the savannahs of East and West Africa. Often referred to as ‘women’s gold’, shea butter is valued not only for its radiant benefits but also for its role in nourishing, caring for, and empowering generations of women. The Group proudly supports traditional, organic harvesting methods free from chemicals and pesticides. Drawing its strength from pure, untouched soil, the shea tree can live for over 300 years. #LOCCITANEGroup #MaisonLOccitaneenProvence #SheaButter #Summer2025
