That test is bulls#!t passed 220, MCSE done (but not without drama)
I took 70-220 (design secure 2k network) today... I passed it, but it was nightmarish.. but there is an interesting story behind it.. this will make you either want to laugh, cry or scream.. or at least I wanted to do all 3.
I got to the test center and started the exam.. 10 minutes in the test delivery system crashed and logged me out of the test. No big deal this has happened before. The test administrator gets me logged back in and 10 minutes later it crashes again (the center is having problems with the delivery system and is in contact with VUE to fix it).. after several tries he gets me back into the test. I fly through the first of the 4 scenarios, and am almost done with the second (question 16 of 40) when it crashes once again.. this time it crashed bad. The administrator tried and tried to get me back in and finally had to call tech support.
The test center folks were great, they set me up in the office area, offered encouragment and calming words along with refreshments etc.. but then the bad news came.. support could not fix it.. the exam was canceled with me more than 1/3 done.
I drove home and started to reschedule for Wed, but suddenly was filled with impatience, I called vue and asked if there was anywhere in the Dallas Metro area that could get me in today. It did not look good, but I finally found one in sherman (an hour away). I flew down and barely had time to get my wits back about me and just took the damn thing..
The test seemed pretty easy.. I hit score, and when it came up I burst into insane laughter Passed with a 712. That was insanely absurd.. I got the report and all the bars were in the strong category... Go figure.. they say I did well but barely passed
