This is an Autoharp. I randomly got one for Christmas from my mother's friends Nancy and Jackie. It's old, out of tune and has a busted string, but I'm going to take it down to Buckley's sometime soon and get it all fixed up. AND THEN LEARN HOW TO PLAY IT because golly gee guys, this is the closest thing I'm getting to a Hammered Dulcimer until I get a real job and some responsibility :D :D :D.

Speaking of jobs, I'm so lame that I offered to work at Chinatown on New Years Eve since Caily and Cat really wanted a third busser that night. Also, I had nothing to do. :P Either way, I trained last week and the job was- ODDLY ENOUGH- incredibly fun. Perhaps it's because the novelty of doing something useful with my free time hasn't quite worn off yet. o__O Also, since I'm now fully trained they may have no choice BUT to hire me when I drop in a resume! *dance dance* GETTING JOBS BASED ON PERSONAL CONNECTIONS FTW.


I'm almost completely caught up in Runaways. And it's... really, really good. ♥ I think my favorite character is Chase, but really? I adore the entire cast. ^__^ Karolina and Molly especially (Molly mostly because she's SUCH an eleven year old: "I'm a mutant, but not a bad one like Magneto and when I grow up I'm going to join the X-Men and marry Wolverine so you'd better not act prejudiced around me, 'kay.")
