Well, I don't actually have anything useful to say about this chapter, except that my inner slash fangirl finally broke free in an embarassingly squeetastic mess because:

I like my Sasuke with a little extra-asshole these days, but oh- the dark, dark place Naruto has burrowed himself into over these past few years is just *painful* to read. It's not even that he's forgotten about his Hokage dream- it's that he doesn't feel worthy of it anymore. Ouch with a double side of "yaaay, character development".

I still want to see Sakura punch Sasuke in the face but Oh, now I see the situation Sai's going to get himself into the middle of. I'll be surprised if they boy lasts another two chapters. *sigh* Although despite his rushed character development, a very small part of me thinks it might be interesting to see his re-integration to the village. I'm sure he'll be in a LOT of trouble when he gets home.


I bought books yesterday. I should get off the internet once in a while now that I have, y'know, new reading material and stuff. -__-;;
