Spoilers for a movie no one's going to see anyways o__O

I just went to see the remake of 'The Poseidon Adventure' with Leslie, Cat and Natasha. It wasn't nearly as campy as the original, but not nearly as Hollywood as most modern disaster flicks. I was a little disappointed that the deaths were so easy to predict (who would have known that the old lady and reformed hooker would kick the bucket in the original?), and really, it was nothing without that song (y'know- the one made famous in that episode of South Park where Chef nearly married a succubus).

Although we had NO idea that the Suicidal Gay Architect was going to make it. He even got smashed in the face with a heavy, steel door and he was fine. On the other hand, they killed off all the ethnic minorities so it was still drearily predictable (I liked that stowaway a lot T__T).

Also, Kurt Russell was in it. But he died. Which was totally obvious from the first scene that he was in, however I find it kind of depressing that he can escape from both New York and L.A., yet he can't even make it off a cruise ship alive. Poor Kurt Russell. If he had been wearing an eyepatch, everything would have been okay.

.... so, yeah. The only reason I made this post is because I wanted to use my badass new icon. Everyone, bask in it's glory.



Now excuse me, I'm going to track down torrents for Cyber Six and the 90's X-Men cartoon XDDD.
