Welcome to Vikidia's central wiki! The global coordination site for all language communities of Vikidia, the free encyclopedia written for and partly by children.

Vikidia exists in more than a dozen languages, each with its own community. This wiki is where those communities coordinate: shared policies, new language versions getting started, and contributors who want to help out beyond their own Vikidia.

Single Unified Login is now open to everyone. One username and password now works on every Vikidia, so you don't need a separate account for each language anymore. You can check your account's status on Special:CentralAuth. If some of your old accounts couldn't be attached automatically, you can merge them on Special:MergeAccount.

(Not sure what any of that means? Think of it as one key that opens every Vikidia door instead of a different key for each one. Log in once on your favourite Vikidia, and you're already logged in everywhere else.)
