The book-making (sense: constructing books, not sense: accounting) course I did a couple of winters ago is running again in Cambridge May-July. It is a fantastic course, quite arty in focus but you also learn proper hardback construction. The course finishes with an exhibition in the library. Sadly it has gone up in price since I did it, but it is really excellent and I'd still recommend it.
